Killer white burg. Made in a reductive style, needs a decant. Smoke, lees, and minerals at first, opens up to green herbs, apple, pear. Very tight, racy, super precise. Ripping acid. Delicious!

Yeah, no trace of oxidation. 😁
Nose is still a little restrained, a light green apple skin aspect now.
Palate is still coming into its own, but we have a baked apple smeared on granite right now.
