Limited Edition Bellwether

Sour, double wit, aged in Gin barrels with Lime leaves. So well made you can taste all of the components. Extremely interesting. Perfectly replicates the taste & finish of a gin & tonic. Not for me though and she said that if she wanted a gin and tonic she would have ordered one.

What a unique beer. The lime leaf and gin barrel really come through the funky wheat in such a nice way. Perfectly balanced. I could imagine this being even better in a year or two. Another winner from break side.

A gin barrel-aged double wit beer. Powerful nose of kaffir lime with an intense, rich lime and gin palate. Sustained well-rounded mouthfeel. Superb.
