Oxidized. Second fermentation in the bottle. Even though it had a cork harness and a metal blocker, this beer blew up in our brewer's face striking him on the forehead and nearly taking out his eye. I wouldn't sell this based on safety. It's a first.

Très bonne bière à fermentation haute. Assez forte car elle titre à 9.5. Beaucoup de profondeur de goût
