Unexpected and glorious Australian expression of this classic varietal. Skin contact and amphora-aged, this is a wine of personality - orange rind, persimmon, kumquat, anise, yellow blossom, with enough texture to blend seamlessly with food and accent it. Delightful with endive-romesco-persimmon salad and black bass with anise broth and shelling beans

Intense incense. Perfumed wild flowers. Beeswax.

Ripper wine, so aromatic. Highly floral, pear skins, pear juice, spiced quince paste, lemon and honey.

God I love this wine.

Second vintage tasted. Always different from other skin contact whites. White tea, steeped lemon, and floral basil nose. Spicy ginger finish

This is such a great wine. Ginger, bitter grapefruit and ripe apricots. The palate is bordering on being difficult to keep up with, there's so much going on. Spicy, herbal, vegetal (at times) but still so, so pithy and tropical at others. Flavour intensity bang on.

This is pretty amazing: a burst of sunshine like the label suggests, complex, aromatic, delicious. @kazzakabam review: "like drinking Chanel No.5, luxurious!"
