The delicate side of Pet Nat. Mild aromas of apple skins, light on the palate with light effervescence and apple skins, a slight sweetness and some lingering minerality.

So this was interesting! I opened it up and it had a distinct Brett smell. Band-aids SO WEIRD. But I left it for a day in the fridge and I got all the flavors I was supposed to on this. Blossom, elderflower, citrus, quince, toast, a little remaining barnyard. Paired well with light pasta (not a red sauce), would go awesome with some chicken, fried food or quite a few foods I think.
