Olive Hill Estate Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Port
Black fruit, caramel, spiced pear. Balanced age and fruit. Not too fresh not too old/earthy. Prune in the scent. Structured tanine tamed by time.

Nov 7th, 2019This Cabernet is a deep red/violet color with some hints of burnt auburn starting to show after seven years. Very earthy, with bits of blackberry and chocolate popping up now and then. Well balanced and concentrated. First rate Cabernet from a very unique vineyard.

Oct 2nd, 2016Somewhere between a port and a sweet wine. Delicate and sumptuous. Great at the end of a long night evening.
