Maybe I’m just sick of winter but this wine hit the nail right on the head, fastest killing of a bottle ever. Light and with a touch of CO2 to perk it up, fizzy watermelon and strawberry and a total delight.

This is very good classic Rosé that is still very affordable at $17. It’s 93% Pinot & 7% Grenache. Comes from 9 year old vines. Watermelon, strawberries, cherries, roses, nice intensity of soft powdery minerality, beautiful acidity and finish. The Master Sommelier I tasted this with bought a case of it online as we continued to taste.
