Fresh, versatile, aromatic everyday white by Boutari, 100% Moschofilero from Mantineia estate.
Very pale lemon color.
Delicately opulent nose of nectarine, white peach, white rose flowers, orange blossom, whiff of line peels and unripe melon.
Medium bodied harmonious palate with just right acidity. Apricot, green gooseberry, pomelo, lime and juicy green apple.
Succulent finish driven by citrus acidity.
Splendid pair to mussels in onion sauce, as well as impromptu pair to melon and Cretan goat cheese.
