18 was a tough year in FLX but this is a nice lighter-styled Cab Franc. I opened it to accompany pork chops in a light Dijon mustard sauce. Nose has some nice, ripe, crisp cherry, along with some green herbs and soil notes. Crisp and soft-textured, it fills the mouth with dry cherry extract but feels light on its feet. A refreshing style of red for the summer.

Superb. Lush and tasty. None of the green you can get with this grape which shows good vine management.

2021. Probably their best vintage of CF. Light body at first but once it opens it has lively fruit with no annoying green. Very complex and intriguing.

Jammy and subtle, tannins really don’t come in too hot, probably pairs well with the right dish, new to this style though

12% abv cab franc from the finger lakes. Perhaps slightly underripe (at least in 2021) for my taste, but quite nice and refreshing with great acid. Nice qpr

Light, clear red wine. Drinkable but fell just short of enjoyable. Reminded me of a cherry lollipop from the bank with a twinge of bitterness on the finish.

Very fruit forward and soft & rounded. But with hints of graphite and slate. Atypical for a finger lakes Cab Franc. Owner said it had 20% merlot to soften it.
