Nose has warmed green apple, lemon-lime seltzer, stainless steel and dry sandstone.
Palate has dried apple chips, frozen peach, tart green apple flesh with light sweetness and a dry finish.
Manually carbonated via soapstone bubbler in a pressure tank.

Dec 5th, 2020A wonderful dry sparkling Riesling. Tropical fruits with a jazzy finish on the tongue. Exceptional. Discovered it at a cheese tasting then made the trip to the to purchase. Can’t wait to get more.

Hmm, now this is interesting, a manually carbonated Riesling.
Color is a very light greenish-straw color.
Nose has fresh cut green apple, green apple peel with light steely mineral.
Palate is pleasantly effervescent, not heavy, just perfect. This is a light/dry style of Riesling for certain, green apple with under-ripe peach and low sugar style lemon curd.
I must say, first time trying a carbonated Riesling, fun wine, cool experience, more enjoyable than I was expecting.
