Oh hello Volnay! You sour cherries mixed wth mildly tart and candied raspberries are lovely and eminently drinkable. So bright and primary even after 13 years! Hints of farm tease the palate, but no sign on the nose which transisted to beautiful floral notes with a little air. Very nicely balanced and elegant, but with enough acid and backbone for another 10 years..too bad I don't have another!

2005 was a great year in BG. Held up nicely. Great acidity and brightness.
