So this is a play on words and style of Amarone. First off, it’s a Puglia blend of negroamaro but the brand claims the grapes are dried before primary ferment. So it was interesting to say the least. It did have that deep concentration of black fruits and a hint of spice. Nice solid tannins. Went well with thanksgiving.
