Maybe it's the Christmas lights in the living room, but it's so light golden in color, it's almost clear. Cashew on the nose, with almond and muddled pear. It's such a wonderfully interesting scent that I can't stop smelling it. Taste matches the scent well but it's a bit less exciting. Nutty, supple, and very delicious. I went to go find the only nuts in the house (pecans) to pair with this and was not disappointed. Yum!
