NV. Extra Dry. My daughter was making a Negroni Sbagliato while I was cooking dinner, so I poured a glass straight since I’ve never had this wine before. A little less bite than many Brut prosecco, but enjoyable alone and in a cocktail.

Vibrant bubbles, light egg white, almost transparent. Nose of carbonated citrus, pineapple, banana, hint of salty mineral, and some strawberry bubblegum. Taste is a bit boring with fruits from nose and salty mineral, light and short, almost too diluted. Not my type.
