Birthday wine! Robust with dried dark fruit notes. Great with smoked meats and lamb.

One word: Beautiful. Strong full big nose; so soft on the tongue like barely there. Unexpectedly sweet for a CS but not overdone. Perfect with charcuterie. I will definitely buy this one again.

Incredibly smooth after opening up. Paired fantastically with a vino roso cheese.
