My first taste of this aromatic wine, from Moscato grapes.
Straw yellow color, luminous.
The nose detects the Orange flowers, but also sage and mint: very elegant.
In the mouth is fresh with good acidity, not at all sweet, but mineral and sapid, long persistence.
Paired with smoked trout fish it was excellent.
