Watery gold color. Really nice mineral and lemon on the nose (my favorite part of this wine), with a twinge of honey and grapefruit peel. Pretty tart, medium light body. Very light taste on the palate, crisp lemon/grapefruit/green apple with a hint of limestone. Lingering tart finish. Fine, and I think it's actually pretty well balanced, but Sauv Blanc-based whites aren't my personal preference.
