Smokey nose, complimented with strawberry jam. On the palate, this wine displays depth and presence, without being overweight or brash. Lovely dark-fruit profile, enhanced by rugged tannins and bright acidity. Intense and focused. Stunning now, but will further benefit from short-term cellaring. just ordered another 6 pack, it’s that strong. Very cool label, too.

Interesting wine from Pass Robles very highly regarded and for good reason. 70% cab and 30% petit verdot. Inky yet smooth after it opens up.
