Really concentrated nose of dark fruits, vanilla, and cola. Voluptuous fruit on the front end of ripe plums and chocolate, turning into dark cherries and fresh dates mid palate and finishing with sweet cranberry juice. Not bad. A little boring.

Oct 2021: As a two-fer at Publix, each bottle was about $7. Had the bottle open for 3-4 days, sealed in between with a vacuvin, and finished it last night. I remember nothing specific about it except this - I liked it. I would happily drink it again. Good structure and body. Flavor seemed mellow yet full, unobtrusive and appealing with enough complexity to keep my favor over four nights. Finishing the bottle left me a bit sad to have to face making a new choice. I would have enjoyed another glass of what I had.

Very complex for a merlot, good blend of berry, pepper, and a long finish.

My sister gave this to me so I am not sure where she got it. It is an organic Merlot with very little flavor. It is not dry or sweet or anything! However, it did pair well with grilled pork ribs and twice baked potato casserole eaten outside on a hot Florida night. The ribs brought out a little cherry flavor.
