Attention vin moelleux. Proche des Tariquet. Vin très gras. Concentration en sucre (assèchement du raisin). Bien pour le foie gras si vous n'aimez pas le sauternes. Notes de coing confit, miel, vin très rond et long en bouche. Bien avec galette des rois, chèvre, foie gras

Very pronounced Chenin Blanc characteristics. Fruity, sweet, honey, apricot, caramelized Apple. Medium acidity, will go well with chicken salads, shellfish, could also be used as dessert wine. It's a balanced typical Loire valley Chenin blanc.
