Super Complex, layered, honeyed, smooth. Honeyed-Apple- brioche. Well balanced attack with an impressive length. So so good. 2008 was a great year! Fantastic degustation at the domain in Cramant. I love this house for their amazing grand cru Chardonnay in the Côte de Blancs.
