Bond
St. Eden Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Blend
First Bond i've tried. Liked this a lot, but need a bigger sample size before I can contrast it with Harlan.

Jul 8th, 2016Extraordinary. Jammy, wonderful mouth feel. The 2004 has aged remarkably well and is better now than previously tasted. Awesome.

Aug 2nd, 2015Needs at least one hour of air. A big long lasting cab that cuts through spice/salt and charred beef. Wow.

Apr 1st, 2018Love Bond, one of the greats. The St Eden had a little bitterness initially, but opened up well after an hour. I’m partial to Melbury but can’t complain here, splitting hairs on a great producer.

Dec 2nd, 2017Opened 4 hours prior to drinking. Dark color, and black fruit aromas and flavors of berries and plums, with some chocolate. Tannins are starting to lie down. Enjoyable, but a bit too ripe and primary for me.
