Very light golden color. Aromas (faint) and flavors of green apple and lemon with a slight mineral note. Persistent bubbles which are a bit sharp and harsh. Hint of RS on the very short finish. Reasonable acidity and freshness.

Drier than a moscato. I didn’t know what cuvée was... not sure I like it. This reminds me of a wine you find at a garage sale, old and dry. I’m guessing the apples were Granny Smith? I dumped this down the drain, I couldn’t finish it.

187ml can on a hot day at Summerfest when you don't want a beer? Perfect! Dry, not sweet, bubbly, refreshing... ticks all the boxes. Tropical fruits and a bit of floral. Easy drinker!
