Big, but has matured nicely. Less fire than I remember from drinking a year ago. Earthy, musty, leafy, dark red cherries. Decadent!

Tried this a few years ago in a restaurant and bought a bottle. It's been cellared for a few years and is drinking nicely.

Great South Africa wine. The Syrah really comes out. And there are nice chocolate notes.

May 19th, 2013Probably the best South African wine I've had! Full of flavour and full bodied. Hard not to be when comprised of Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, consult and Viognier!
