Nov 19th, 2015Floral nose with a honey note. A big, earthy, mineral palate with a rock solid structure. Fruit leads, but subsides quickly in to big oak character that lingers for a long time. Very slight effervescence and a little hint of roses and a twinge of acid balance the end nicely.
Reminds me of Orin Swift's Blindfold.
