Apr 17th, 2020Dark purple with a slight garnet core. A powerful nose consisting of fresh herbs off the bat and lively purple fruit. Coffee beans, violets, and a bit of oak tops things off. This is an incredibly rich and deep Tempranillo that has so much character going for it. There’s a little alcohol burn initially that blows off relatively quickly but after that, this is well balanced and highly masculine bottle. The leather on the palate really knocks this out of the park. It’s joined by dark cherries, chocolate, and spice. This should be your new daily drinker.
