2020 fall. Nostalgic for the days of 50-year old Rioja and Navarra reds randomly popping up at Tokyu, I wanted to try this. It was very nice indeed, with the expected cheesy, mushrooms red berries balanced by some surprising fresh fruit. I suppose I could look it up, but I’m guessing this was some kind of recork release. Nevertheless, very enjoyable - if not one of the bargains of old.
