Delicious right out of the bottle, basically solo. On day 2 I found it too acidic until paired with chocolate (sea salt & caramel).

This 100% Malbec has a nice burgundy color with a red rim.
Fruity on the nose with black currants, blueberries, violets, red currants, cherries, vanilla, licorice, earth, coffee, green pepper, wood and black pepper.
Medium to full bodied, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blueberries, cherries, raspberries, licorice, black currants, earth, Light vanilla, cloves, smoke, chocolates, spices, mocha and peppercorn.
Medium Plus on the finish with soft tannins and black pepper.
This is a nice, everyday Malbec. Simple and very drinkable by itself, also good with red meat dishes. I paired it with a cheese plate and dry fruits.
Soft and approachable now, right out of the bottle. Probably on its way out soon. Six months ago, it was fruitier with more tannins,however, still nice and balanced.
14% alcohol by volume.
