Jesus! So bizarre, but so good. Oxidized in appearance and aroma would make me expect oloroso: bruised, baked fruit, maple, carmelized, nutty pecan, maybe some cahew, baking spice...then I take a sip. Bright acid, dry, pithy citrus, and a saline quality. There's the Palomino Fino! Super interesting, really a thinking wine and so rare to see a Palo Cortada. Something I've read about, but finally experienced. It's a bucket lister.

Pale amber. Hazelnuts and toast and peaches in nose. Tangy and citrus on the palate delicious and light and refreshing. Great with citric dishes

Very elegant, complex nose with aromas of hazelnuts, orange rind. Dry, delicate, it feels quite light. Saline.
