Dark berry fruit, deep color, leathery tannins, vibrant acidity and chalky minerality (soil is almost white here). Does best with aeration, and a good match for roasted meats like lamb, beef and pork.

tempranillo variety with some cab sauvignon by Peter Sisseck from Ribera del Duero appellation though its not under their regulation. Balsamic, spicy, pepper on smell. Long, meaty, silky on mouth.
