This is a horrible wine, like sucking on an unripe lemon. Way too tart and acidic. I opened it up for over 24 hours and it didn't smooth out at all. Not sure I can do anything but cook with it now.

Beautiful floral nose. Flavors of berries, quince with a hint of tobacco and cedar. Soft. Medium finish.
