A very elegant sauv blanc with elderflower notes. High acidity without being aggressive. The pretty floral/fruity smell reminds me a little of torrontes, would not have necessarily guessed this was sauv blanc because it doesn't have the usual grassy/cat pee note. Goes very well with seafood.
