Radiant pale straw color. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit, camomile, cream and baking spices. Lovely salinity on the tongue and bright acidity. With 14% alcohol, this wine has body like a nice Chardonnay but more interesting. Herbal and floral finish! It is a great accompaniment to the rosemary and fennel roasted chicken we are having for Christmas dinner!
