Cheeeeeeeeeeerryyyyyy!!! Roasted meat. Liquorice. Imagining it to be liquefied Mon Chérie works pretty well. With air the cherry gets darker. Fruit kind of sinks away against peppery acid. The cherry is so intense it almost seems holographic. Soft tannins. Roasted meat is strong in the nose and finish. Interesting wine, very powerful, but I think it lacks a few layers to bring it into the 90s.
