Bodega Pasos Largos ‘A Pasos’ Crianza Ronda 2014: Medium-full bodied. Good balance between acidity & tannins. Blackberry. Blueberry. Licorice. Soft oak. Long flavorful finish. Consisting of Garnacha, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot, this Spanish red blend was complex & full of youthful fruit flavors. May be worth cellaring however not sure how much the wine would improve. Regardless, great value today and paired perfectly with Spanish tapas, paella & friends! Cheers🍷
