Boy, when you’re emerging from Covid does that taste GOOD. it’s just a SS Treixadura but w homemade Picatta, yum. It’s big, yellow, very yellow. My taste is askew as well, but w salt,olive oil, tomatoes and Basil, we’ll call it Spa-Ital. minerals chock full. Not complex but perfect.

N: Salty stone fruit, lil’ bit of pineapple, rocks, sand, something vegetal.
P: Cel-Ray, yep, pineapple, underripe nectarines, peach, no full bore fruit here.
Austere. Nicely light 12.5° and refreshing. With time in glass, this fleshes out, becomes much more round.
