Straw w/hint o’ green a bit hazy - you get a blast of spicy oak right out of the gate followed by waves of citrus & apple. Oak & malo are prominent and its fat but zippy too. Kind of all over the place. A novelty as you don’t see much oaky chard from far north of Spain
