Nose a bit funky like black olive, the syrah component to this wine really amped its complexity. A bit more brooding than full tempranillo crianza offerings, this has integrated notes of cedar and ripe red fruits, and that touch of earthy, savory, lightly pungent syrah in support.
Good complement to garlic toast, roasted peppers and grilled salchiccons.

Dark opaque burgundy in color, smell of fig jam, plum, dates and cedar, intense fruit flavor with taste of tobacco, earth and bacon, robust with harmonious flavor, complex yet balanced, sweet tannin with a long finish. I am patiently waiting for 2011 to arrive in US which I had in Spain. I hope they will bring it here.....
