상당히 많이 부드러워졌다. 역시 영해서 일까. 한 5년 묵히고 먹어보고 싶기도... 오픈한지 5일정도 배큐빈으로 막고 있다가 열었는데 처음에는 액시디티가 튀고 상당히 우디했는데 지금은 소프트한 느낌이 palate에서 느껴진다. 지금 너무 좋다. 아마 더 묵히면 못마실지도. 알콜도수가 14%라서 그런지 오픈되는데 충분한 시간이 필요한듯.

Oct 15th, 2015슈퍼 데일리라하여 구입한 와인. 후미야 지방의 와인으로 모나스트렐 100%이다. 모나스트렐 특유의 강한 향과 중간 이상의 산도. 바닐라맛. 체리맛. 초콜렛맛이 어우러진다. Woody한 향이 올라온다. 삼나무 향이라 표현해야할까. 생각보다 괜칞은 와인
