Some honorable mentions from the clean-out:. Definitely past prime, although I will be honest with you in that this one had much more of a fruit core than I anticipated. Dark black roasted fruit and fig newton kind of a thing going on. There is definitely some dried tobacco and herb towards the finish. Definitely not off-putting. Even poured me a glass of this in between the wine I was enjoying while reorganizing! if you have these, they are not going to get any better. Will probably continue to thin out over the next year or two. In the final years of its life.

2013 vintage in August 2017. Medium ruby. Intense black and red fruit aromas. Black currant. Full bodied and complex with long finish. Very enjoyable and will buy again. CAD$18.95.

Enjoyed this a few nights ago as recommended by a friend. Lovely smooth blend. The combination of french and American oak adds a nice mild oakiness. Very fruit forward with a nice finish. 13.29 retail where I shop. I'll be buying it again. Cheers!
