Pata Negra Organic Cava

Fruit forward sparkling, as typical of a warmer climate. I think I prefer it to colder climate sparkling.

Been on a bubbles kick lately and today was in search of some budget brew. This is aight at an $11 price point. It’s dry but not bone dry, and too much oak — as to be expected.
