Serious whimsical critter label. Good dark color with streaks of red bleeding through. Nose is nice. Soils, black and blue berries of various sorts. Hint of rock. Flavors are also a nice berry bouquet. Some bite of butter to go with the sweet. Fairly simple, but balanced, juicy and in line with Monastrell. This is simple, but it’s a nice example of the grape.
