May 15th, 2023This is so nice. Getting to taste a Spanish monastrell is great. Lots of fruit on the nose. On the palate a nice balance of tannins and acids. Great lingering finish. The fruits carry over and are quite nice. Definitely worth trying!

Serious whimsical critter label. Good dark color with streaks of red bleeding through. Nose is nice. Soils, black and blue berries of various sorts. Hint of rock. Flavors are also a nice berry bouquet. Some bite of butter to go with the sweet. Fairly simple, but balanced, juicy and in line with Monastrell. This is simple, but it’s a nice example of the grape.
