Tasted in Bilbao with Teresa & Simon on 1st January 2015. A very interesting wine, notes of macerated lemon skin, fresh & herby with a hint of apricot stone. Dry on the palate, soft spices, some grip/grain giving a slight tannic feel. Not over ripe, no traces of wood, fresh. Reminds me in style a Viognier and a Pigato/Vermentino.
