Funky little sherry-like orange wine. If blindfolded I’d have guessed it was an amantillado but has a bit lighter qualities that make it quaffable on its own. Near bone-dry saline qualities with the nutty finish you’d expect from that region. I paired it with gumbo and it worked fantastically. At the end of quarantine, I’m likely to have an imaginary friend too...🤪
