Oveja Tinta Graciano

Light, bright and refreshing red. 100% #graciano from Cuenca. Graciano always has a spice flavor element to it, call it mint, call it black pepper, the origin seems to proceed from the skins like some grappas.

good Spanish wine...opened up after 15 minutes. Pairs will with vegan food.

Interesting - almost minty. Had it a bit chilled with spicy shrimp and it worked surprisingly well.
