Sharp black cherries.

Very pleasant, some acidity, and fruit. Went very well with fresh chicken livers!

Delicious, balanced, perfect acidity. Smooth and dark - berries and dark, bitter chocolate. The bitter comes with an acidity too though. Would have loved a second glass!
