Chardonnay/Pinot Noir. Made in the French champagne style. It is rich and creamy - golden in color. Full bodied, oxidation happens IN bottle. Golden apples, butter, yeast, grilled pineapple, peach. It is dry but almost milky - Chardonnay-like. It takes ripe, but not sugary.
