Altico 'A' Jumilla Syrah

神の雫で紹介されてたので購入。
スペインでオススメとの事。

シラー100%
すごく濃い。アルコール14.5%と高め。
まだ馴染めない^ ^

リカーの試飲会で購入。
しっかりどっしりな香り。
酸味しっかり、果実味もしっかり。
この薬っぽい味が少し苦手。。

2日後
嫌な薬っぽさが抜けて、プルーンのようなふくよかな果実味になった！

Very interesting syrah. Not the typical Washington bold flavor. Still nice

Directly from the 'Spain stock'! Excellent with a young manchego cheese!
