Very deep red color. Balsamic and mineral on smell. Extremely well rounded. Chocolate, coffee, long finish, meaty. Great great one to enjoy on a long meal. We paired it with a very good jamon iberico, and it worked great! Just 1200 bottles a year to enjoy.
